TICA* or The International Cat Association is the fastest growing registry of pedigreed cats and domestic cats in the world. TICA has a program whereby a cattery may obtain certification from TICA for adhering to a higher standard of care for their cats and passes an onsite inspection by a licensed veterinarian.
